A calm note on safety

You’ll do this near a kitchen counter or sturdy chair. No rushing. No “pushing through”.
If you’re under medical care, or you have new or worrying symptoms, please check with your doctor or relevant clinician first.

Either way, I will include the link for the PAR-Q which you can complete and pass to your doctor or relevant clinician if you have any questions as to whether this is a suitable activity for you or not.
