Feedback forms allow me to keep up to date with people's experiences of what I provide. I really want to keep the information and exercises relevant and effective. For complete honesty it helps that no personal details are included on the forms!

I was referred to the 'Balance/Fitness sessions by my doctor as I had had several falls in 2024 following chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment in 2023.  My general fitness and balance had been affected.

​

I found the sessions with Dawn Roe suited me very well and my balance and fitness have improved considerably (I have not fallen over since starting the sessions).  The exercises are easy to follow and a good variety is included.  The amount of effort you can do is dependent on your ability and caters for all levels of fitness.

Nice to finish with a chat and a cup of tea or coffee.
