  • an initial assessment and personalised starting plan

  • a structured strength and balance programme built around the STEPS Method

  • regular 1:1 support and progress reviews

  • tailored exercise progressions to suit your needs

  • guidance on pacing, confidence, safety, and self-monitoring

  • simple outcome measures to help track progress

  • a bounce-back plan for off-days, illness, or setbacks

  • a final review with clear next steps
