  • discussion of next steps

  • advice on whether to continue with membership, another private block, or independent practice

This programme is for adults 55+ who want:

  • more individual support than a general class or membership

  • a safe, progressive approach

  • help rebuilding confidence after a wobble, illness, or time away from exercise

  • a clearer plan and specialist guidance

The full FaME programme is designed to be over 36 weeks, so, naturally, further programmes are available.

Alternatively, individuals can either join the membership for maintenance purposes or find a local class they can attend in person.

The aim is simple: to help you become stronger, steadier, and more confident, so you can keep doing what matters most to you.
